SES 2026 FIELD DAY LUNCH

PLEASE FILL OUT FOR EACH SES CHILD IN YOUR FAMILY. Choose from one of the these options, even if your child is not buying lunch:

1.) Single Lunch ($3)

2.) Double Lunch ($5)

3.) My child Will Bring Lunch

Lunch items include: turkey and cheese sandwich, bottled water, apple, Chatsnax, mustard and mayo.

Important Notes:

- Cost for each single lunch is $3.00 and each double lunch $5.00.

- Maximum order is two lunches.

- The cost of lunch will be deducted from your school lunch account.
